I'm a licensed Realtor and real estate expert in El Paso. I guide homebuyers through the entire homebuying journey — from understanding if they're ready, all the way to closing day.
My preparation services are provided at no charge. As your agent, my commission is a buyer expense outlined in your buyer representation agreement. I work to negotiate a seller contribution toward that commission in every offer — but if the seller does not agree to contribute, you as the buyer are responsible for the commission.
